To upload your website log into ftp.cdbsystems.com with your account and password.
Change directory to the public_html subdirectory you will see there and upload your files.
Make sure you have an index.htm (or index.html) file for the root of the webpage
If after uploading you STILL see this page, you have NOT uploaded and index.html page!
